The Three Mums ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you visit our website or interact with our services.
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
We use your information to:
We use a privacy‑friendly analytics service operated by BL Media to understand how our website is used and to improve its performance. This service collects anonymised IP addresses (last octet removed for IPv4, /64 masked for IPv6), coarse location (country, region, city), browser type and version, operating system, device type, the pages visited, and the referring page. No cookies or other persistent identifiers are used, and no personal data is shared with advertisers or used for marketing purposes. You can read the full details of this analytics service, including how data is processed and retained, in BL Media’s Analytics Privacy Policy: https://metrics.bl-media.co.uk/privacy.
Donations are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and do not pass through our servers. We receive limited information (e.g. amount, currency, status) and any optional donor name/message you provide. For recurring donations, Stripe stores a customer record and subscription so we can manage billing. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
We use the BL Media Events ticketing platform to manage event registrations and ticket sales. When you purchase tickets through this system, your personal data (including your name, email address, phone number, ticket selections, and payment details) will be processed to complete your order, send you booking confirmations, and manage event attendance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and booking confirmation emails are sent via our email service provider. For full details, see the BL Media Events Privacy Policy: https://events.bl-media.co.uk/privacy.
When you submit a contact form, we validate your submission with Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse. Turnstile may process device/interaction information and your IP address to assess whether the request is genuine. Your form content is emailed to our team so we can reply; we don’t store contact form submissions in a website database.
We send transactional emails (such as donation receipts and confirmations) via our email service provider. This means your email address and message content will be processed by that provider in order to deliver the message.
If you choose to include a donor name and/or message with your donation, we may display this on our website alongside the amount. This is entirely optional. You can ask us to remove or anonymise a displayed name/message at any time.
We do not use analytics cookies. Our analytics tool does not set cookies or track you across sites. For details about any essential cookies used by the site, see our Cookie Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your data. We do not share data with advertisers.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including legal and accounting obligations. For example, donation and transaction records are retained to meet financial reporting requirements; analytics is retained per the BL Media policy linked above.
